Timing alone is not a diagnosis
Water returning after maintenance is a relevant clue, but it does not prove the cause. The conditions between inspections are therefore recorded: engine use, freshwater or sanitary systems, rain, heel and sea state. Lines and connections can then be observed in the operating condition in which the bilge changed.
