WHAT YOU EXPERIENCE

We sail from Thyborøn, a harbour on the west coast of Denmark. It is the starting point for our trip into the fjord landscape of Norway's south coast. First we cross the sea area where the North Sea merges into the Baltic Sea - Skagerrak, which is a very busy sea due to its function of connecting the two ''lakes''. Along the ''Norwegian Riviera'' we navigate to the access to the Byfjord, the fjord that surrounds the peninsula of Stavanger and is the northernmost destination of this sailing trip. We will explore the modern city with about 200.000 inhabitants during a shore leave. By sea we will reach the Lysefjord, probably the most impressive sea bay with its steeply rising coastline in this region. After a few days we sail on to Kristiansand, the port of destination for this unique trip. On the way there, detours into the archipelago will challenge us navigatively, but will also reward us with unique natural spectacles. The course of the sun also rewards us with long days and short nights, so we will fill the photo albums well exposed.

everything can, but nothingt have to
Sailing involves many different tasks, which we will tackle together. Helmsman, navigator, deck hand during sailing manoeuvres or pentry. The skipper has the last word, he pays attention to safety, but otherwise he accepts any help. Knowledge will be refreshed and hand movements will be explained and then it starts ...
